Labeeb Smart Technologies does not collect user-submitted personal data through this site or our fact-checking tools.
We temporarily log technical metadata—including IP address, browser type, device signals, and request timestamps—to maintain core security services. These logs are not combined with identifiable profiles.
2. Purpose of Processing
The limited metadata we process supports AI-driven analysis, load balancing, and platform reliability so that investigations and reports remain available when needed.
Security teams rely on the same signals to detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and document incident response activity.
3. Legal Basis & Consent
We rely on PDPL Article 4(1)(b) to process publicly available information and operational telemetry that is necessary to deliver fact-checking and AI assurance services.
Any optional personal data that you share with us—for example through support tickets or research collaborations—is processed only with your explicit consent and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Data Storage & Transfers
Production workloads are hosted in the United Arab Emirates and European Union using Cloudflare and DigitalOcean infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.
When cross-border transfers occur, we implement PDPL-compliant contractual safeguards, technical controls, and vendor due diligence before data leaves its origin jurisdiction.
5. Data Retention
Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days to triage incidents, tune AI models, and support legal obligations.
After 90 days, records are anonymized or securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required to investigate active abuse or comply with statutory requirements.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of any personal data associated with you by emailing privacy@labeeb.ai. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
You can also object to certain processing activities or withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before your withdrawal.
7. Security Measures
Labeeb enforces TLS 1.3 for all external connections, implements strict access controls, and conducts role-based reviews to ensure only authorized personnel reach production systems.
Routine vulnerability scans, penetration assessments, and configuration monitoring safeguard against emerging threats and validate compliance with internal policies.
8. Third-Party Services
We maintain PDPL-aligned data processing agreements with Cloudflare and DigitalOcean covering content delivery, hosting, and network defenses.
These partners are contractually obligated to apply equivalent security measures, notify Labeeb of incidents, and support deletion or access requests.
